Marc Payne has spent a lifetime underwater, in the worlds most shark infested waters off Australia’s south coast. He has survived 13 unprovoked interactions with great white sharks whilst abalone diving. He has been involved in White Shark research for the last decade, has made countless observations of sharks in the wild and is a strong advocate for a non-invasive approach to white shark research to limit human impacts on shark behaviour.
